Someone once told me that the average person will change their career multiple times throughout their lifetime. This philosophy is vastly different from the one held by my parents, and their parents. The older generations often worked at one company their entire life, perhaps even doing the same job day in and day out. They retired having put in 30 of more years of time with the same company. I’m in my mid 30′s and have already had a successful career as a paralegal, and now I’m looking for something new. I have a strong desire to care for people, and excellent coping and managing skills.
