Zucchini Parmesan Casserole

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat, add 2 ½ pounds of washed and sliced zucchini and 2/3 cup of sliced onion, remove from heat and then add 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 cans of 16 ounces tomato paste, some salt, 1 teaspoon of garlic (crushed or powder) and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. In another pan, brown and drain 1 pound of hamburger. Place meat in 2 quart casserole. Add zucchini mixture. Sprinkle over top 1/3 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 30 minutes.
