Some can argue that the brain’s the most important organ in the body, but logistically speaking with a heart to get the brain the blood and nutrients that it needs, the brain’s not going to be able to do very much. This is why such an emphasis is placed on cardiovascular health these days, and it’s a critical thing to keep in mind because of the fact that so many people are sort of at the mercy of eating badly, and the culture of eating badly. And so what really good cardio workout plans will do, is they will do in some measurable way, something about actually working not only the calories off, but will really focus on heart strengthening. A good measurable way to do this is to measure time, is to measure distance, and in some cases, even weight. Because when you work you heart, you’ll start to see results in as little as a week.
